The key will always be with the client and will be impossible to lose or forget. It will also be impermeable to theft and fraud. This Universal Key will be the Fingerprint of the client. Therefore the main goal of the creation of the Canada Human Identification Center will be in eradicating and replacing the large number of plastic keys and cards with one simple and Universal Key - The Human Fingerprint. The ATM/Bank checks the information with the Canada Human Identification Center Database and instantly receives the information regarding the client. b) The Police pull over a driver and instead of asking for the driver's license, registration and insurance, they only ask for the driver's thumbprint. The driver scans his thumb on the scanner carried by the officer and the print is directly sent to the Canada Human Identification Center Database and the information regarding the driver is directly sent back for the officer's use.
