On-line software application that (1) manages data pertaining to health, safety and environmental matters (namely, type of equipment operated, automobile insurance policy limits, worker's compensation coverage, environmental liability insurance policy limits, types of ISO certification, regulatory files, frequency and seriousness of workplace incidents, frequency and type of environmental spills or incidents) pertaining to contractors, suppliers, or vendors, so as to allow purchasers, namely, resource extraction companies, to engage the contractor(s) or supplier(s) or vendor(s) that meet certain pre-specified criteria (2) allows purchasers to communicate changes in engagement criteria that pertain to the aforementioned types of data, filter out those contractors, suppliers or vendors that do not meet, or no longer meet, the purchaser's eligibility criteria, and to produce reports summarizing data pertaining to health, safety and environmental matters for each contractor, supplier, or vendor.
